Yes, we ship internationally.
Are youe products subject to customs/tariffs/duties?
For U.S. customers, all shipments are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.
For international customers, customs policies vary by country. Your order may be subject to import duties or other taxes, which are assessed once the package reaches your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees. All items are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We will get your order ready in 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time will vary depending on where you are located.

What if my order is lost/damaged?
Please reach out to us immediately. If your order is lost or damaged, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Packages are only considered lost after the carriers investigation period has passed. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replace or refund whenever possible.
Can I return a product?
We are unable to offer returns. All sales are final.
Refused shipments will not be issued a refund as the package will not be returned to us.
